Well, it's pretty simple, our old name was long & Bulky; we wanted something shorter and easier to remember. That brought us PIXELHP.com

Do you accept trade-ins? How does that work?
Yes! Even though we’re an online store, we accept trade-ins by mail. Please review the Buying & Accepting Collections tab below.
Are your products tested and cleaned before shipping?
Yes! Every game, console, and collectible is tested for quality and cleaned before it’s listed for sale or sent out. We want you to enjoy your purchase the moment it arrives.
We operate out of Washington state; we are located in northern Snohomish County. We currently Sell on eBay, Mercari & Whatnot.
How does my purchase help charity?
A percentage of every sale goes toward helping children, families, and communities in need. When you shop with us, you’re not just getting something cool — you’re making a difference.
What charities or causes do you support?
We focus on organizations that provide resources, education, and care to children and families. We also support local programs that strengthen our community.
Our financial contributions go to children's cancer research, Children's heart research, Toys for Tots & More!
We also donate many items and supplies to local food banks, Giving Tree's, Schools & More!
Can I donate items directly to support your mission?
Absolutely! You can mail donations or drop them off locally. We cover postage costs to make it easy. Almost 100% of funds raised from donations go directly to charities helping children and families, and unsold items are donated directly to those in need. If you would like to donate, email Info@pixelhp.com. We will send you a prepaid label, then all you need to do is pack it up, add the label and drop it off, or you can schedule a pickup on the carrier's website.
Every Donation gets a "Thank You" package, within this package is info about how your donation helped the community, a discount code to our store & much more!
Most orders ship out within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but you’ll usually get your items within 3–7 business days. We’ll send you tracking info so you can follow your package’s journey from us to your doorstep.
Since we’re an online store, we currently do not offer local pickup or delivery for standard orders. However, we do arrange local drop-offs for donations and trade-ins when possible. Contact us if you’re nearby and want to arrange one.
Every item is carefully wrapped, padded, and boxed with the same care we’d give our own collectibles. We know these items are special, so we make sure they’re safe for the trip.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a return, exchange, or store credit.
Please reach out right away with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it quickly so you can get back to enjoying your games and collectibles.

Always! Regardless of the items condition, we want to do our best to give these items a second chance, no matter how damaged they are! When it comes to broken or damaged items, we will happily accept it all!

Bring your items to us locally or mail them in. We’ll review them, make you a fair offer, or gratefully accept them as donations.
Yes — we pay postage for approved donations and purchases, so it’s simple and stress-free.

Sometimes — if items are damaged, missing parts, or need heavy cleaning and the issues weren’t disclosed before sending, the offer may be reduced by 25%–75% to cover repairs. We’ll always let you know before making a final decision. *Fake or reproduction items will receive a 100% Deduction*
No — all items sent in for review, sale, trade, or donation become the property of PIXELHP. Please be sure you’re ready to part with them before sending.
Usually within 1–3 business days after we’ve reviewed your items. Please keep in mind we don't work over the weekend, so if it's delivered on Friday, it likely won't be reviewed until Monday.
